I've been performing a traditional rock/pop style with an exceptional vocal range for over 20 years. I can also tend towards a quieter "cafe" style mix as well. I use acoustic guitars and I bring my own PA system. I engage the audience and can be flexible based on crowd feedback and mood. Also, upon approval, I can play some of my originals which are typically intense, cerebral and story-driven.

I’ve been playing solo off and on since 2000 and I was in an original band from 2006 to 2011. As a band, we’ve performed all over the tri-state area.
I’m most influenced by The killers and Brandon Flowers is my favorite artist, particularly due to his vocal range and passion. Smashing Pumpkins and Counting Crows were also influential due to their writing style.
I prefer to play songs that mean something to me in some way. When I sing with conviction, it enhances the performance and the audience likes it much better.
I arrive one hour before the performance and it takes me about 25 minutes to set up. I can play anywhere between 10 minutes or 3 1/2 hours upon request. I typically take a 10/15 minute break after about 45 minutes of music.
