Bruno and his cellist were an amazing addition to our Wedding ceremony. They were able to accommodate our requests, little to zero guidance required for coordinating during the day of, and a joy to interact with. We were very happy with the quality of the playing and how smooth it all went, would for sure recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Bruno! He played his violin and brought Filipa to accompany him on the cello. We had the wedding at Casa dos Penedos and Bruno and Filipa played as guests arrived, during parts of the ceremony and during the cocktail time. We are from the US, and Bruno was so easy to work with. He has a whole repertoire of music to choose from and will gladly help you choose the perfect music. He also offered to arrange a duet of music in case we had something special he didn’t already know. He ( and Filipa) are incredibly talented and added such a lovely ambience to the day. He is affordable, very professional and worth every penny. I highly recommend hiring Bruno for any occasion you want to be special!

We booked the violin cello due service from Bruno for our wedding and absolutely enjoyed every piece they played. He was professional, accommodating, and responsive. Our guests also loved the music and everyone ended up dancing to it. I would 100% recommend him!

Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without the talented musicians of BG Violin. Bruno and his cellist (unfortunately I didn't get her name) showed up immaculately dressed and played beautiful music for our guests before the ceremony started. He then played our music we picked out for the groom entrance and bridal entrance, both of which he did an incredible job. Bruno also went above and beyond to learn the arrangement for a song we wanted for our "grand entrance" and that made the night even more special. From his large selection of arrangements already in his repertoire to the willingness to learn new songs, Bruno is a wonderful and unforgettable musician who makes any special occasion even better.

My 86-year-old mother-in-law who loves classic music visited us in Portugal from France. Although I always wanted to bring her to a live concert, it was difficult due to her physical condition. Despite of such a short notice, Bruno and Filipa came to our house and played beautiful pieces of classic music, which not only my mother-in-laws, but also all of my family and friends enjoyed very much. The most incredible music for my wedding day. All the songs were beautiful and perfect. The ceremony and reception was so atmospheric because of the music Bruno provided. Bruno was so professional and charming, he accommodated for all my song choices which was great!

BG Violin (Bruno and Filipa) were absolutely amazing. I had a planned a surprise proposal on a cliff top in Olhos de Água. The duo were there early and accommodated my request of location. The music was so stunning and made the moment so much more memorable. The setlist that Bruno has available is huge and covers all kinds of music. They were also able to play a song that was special to me and my fiancé that wasn’t on their list. So incredible! This duo was so professional, I highly encourage anyone who is on the fence to go ahead and book them. It was well worth the money!

Bruno and Filipa played the most beautiful violin and cello music for our wedding cocktail hour. Our guests kept commenting on what a lovely addition to the atmosphere of the garden party it was. They played a mix of classical and modern music, and each song was perfectly done. Not only were the team fantastic on the day of the event, but leading up to it Bruno continuously put our minds at ease with quick responses and early planning to make the final days leading up to the wedding stress free. Bruno is a fantastic musician, with incredible availability and friendliness! We were lucky enough to find Bruno at Gig Heaven, and we couldn't be happier with our choice for our wedding. We opted for the duo with cello and it was sublime! And they did all the songs we dreamed of having at our wedding. I recommend them 200%!

I contacted Bruno to perform for my mum's birthday as a surprise. I chose the duo option of him playing the violin + a cello player, and I totally recommend it!! We hired the violin and cello duo and it was the best thing we ever did. They were excellent and the music fulfilled all the requirements we wanted.

I'm a soprano and I've sung with some violinists, but Bruno is different. The sound he gets out of the violin is beautiful.

Bruno was simply marvellous! The ceremony was even more special than I had imagined, and with the songs we really wanted and that were special to us. Highly recommended!
