I'm Daniel Bower, the magician and event host behind Bower Magic. I perform modern, interactive magic that gives your guests something to laugh about, talk about and remember. Borrowed phones, rings and everyday objects become part of the performance, with much of the magic happening in the guests' own hands.

For close up magic, I move around the room and perform for small groups. For a stage show or hosting, we will agree the performance area, audience layout and sound arrangements with you and the venue beforehand.

Close up magic happens among your guests and does not need a dedicated stage. For a stage show, I need a clear performance area where everyone can see. We will agree the layout with your venue.
Hosting the GTS Elizabeth line awards at Banking Hall in London is a good example of the events I work on. A formal awards evening needs clear introductions, good timing and a host who keeps the attention on the people being celebrated. I also enjoy the smaller moments, when a group watching close up magic suddenly starts laughing and trying to work out what just happened.
I particularly enjoy corporate celebrations and weddings. Close up magic gives people who have just met something to talk about, while a stage show lets the whole room share the same moment. Product launches are also interesting because I can build the magic around the product itself.
