To ensure a smooth and professional production, we need some basic information about your venue:

Venue size and layout: Available space for cameras, equipment and our production team.
Power supply: Access to reliable electrical outlets.
Internet connection: For live streaming, a stable wired internet connection is preferred with an minimum upload of 30 Mbps
Lighting and sound: Information about existing lighting, microphones and sound systems.
Access and parking: Easy access for loading and unloading equipment, plus nearby parking.
Schedule: Venue access times, setup possibilities and event timings.

We keep things simple and flexible! Depending on the production, we need enough space for our cameras and equipment, access to a reliable power supply and a stable internet connection for live streaming.

Easy access for loading and unloading equipment and nearby parking are appreciated. We also need some time before the event to set up and test our equipment.

Every venue is different, and we're happy to adapt! We'll discuss all practical requirements in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You focus on your event, we'll take care of the technical side!

We require a minimum of 4 hours before the event starts to set up, connect and thoroughly test all our equipment. This ensures everything is ready and running smoothly before your guests arrive.

For larger or more complex productions, additional setup time may be needed. Pack-down time depends on the size of the production and will be agreed upon in advance.

Yes, Camerateam has business public liability insurance (Civil Liability Insurance), covering our professional activities. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. Any specific certification or venue requirements can be discussed in advance.

My career in television and audiovisual production started back in 1991. Over the years, I've worked as a sound engineer, cameraman, TV journalist, director and editor-in-chief. This broad experience has given me a unique understanding of both the creative and technical sides of live production.

After decades in broadcasting, I founded Camerateam to bring professional, broadcast-quality video production to businesses and event organisers, without the complexity and high costs of a large production company.
