I require the venue address, event timings, available setup space, access arrangements, and details of any stairs or restrictions for bringing in equipment. I also need to know whether the venue provides suitable power sockets and any sound or noise restrictions.

I need a suitable space for my DJ equipment, access to standard UK power sockets, and reasonable access for loading and unloading equipment. Nearby parking is preferred to make setup and pack-down easier. 🎧

I require approximately 1 hour before the event to set up and 1 hour after the event to pack down all equipment. 🎧

I am currently looking into public liability insurance and will confirm the details of my cover and any relevant certificates before the event, where required.
