One of our absolute highlights was performing alongside Andrea Bocelli at the Antwerp Stadium in 2018 — an unforgettable experience in front of a massive audience. We were so honoured that Andrea Bocelli invited us back in 2020 for shows in Paris and Antwerp. Another career-defining moment was representing the Netherlands in the finals of the World Tango Championships in Buenos Aires — not once, but for seven years (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 & 2025). Only 40 couples from around the world are selected for these finals, and we were the very first Dutch couple ever to make it there.

Our joint career began in 2011, when we decided to work together. Mirella brought a strong technical foundation from her Dance Academy degree, while Carlos contributed years of experience performing abroad. Together we formed a couple that complements each other in every way. Since then, we've performed at events across the Netherlands and internationally, appeared on TV programs such as 'Everybody Dance Now' (RTL4, 2nd place in 2015) and 'Time To Dance' (finalist in 2018), and won numerous European titles including the Official European Tango Championship 'Tango Escenario' 2025 and 'Tango de Pista' 2017. We've also been invited to judge tango competitions in Italy, Germany, Russia, France, and Korea. Every year we travel to Buenos Aires to study and represent the Netherlands at the World Championships.

Several things set us apart. First, we are the only Dutch couple ever to have reached the finals of the World Tango Championships in Buenos Aires — and we've done it seven times. Second, we've performed with world-renowned artists like Andrea Bocelli, which speaks to the level of our show. Third, we combine elegance, subtlety, and musical finesse with spectacular, breathtaking choreography — our shows are both technically refined and emotionally gripping. And finally, we never stop growing: our motto is 'As a dancer you never stop learning.' We continually study and evolve with the global Tango scene, so every performance reflects the best we can be!

We are flexible and adapt to your event's schedule. A typical performance runs between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on the type of show — whether it's a single choreography, a full show with multiple pieces, or a dinner show interlude. For opening acts and wedding dances, we work closely with your timeline to ensure perfect timing. We're happy to discuss your specific schedule and tailor our performance times to fit seamlessly into your event.

Yes, we are happy to perform outside, provided there is a suitable dance floor and weather conditions allow it. A clean, dry surface is essential for the safety and quality of our performance.
