Chingón was launched in 2018 by Waterford man Keith Daniels, The original strategy for Chingón was to become a staple at live gigs and festivals across Ireland.
Chingon brings outstanding Tex-Mex food to Ireland in a new and exciting manner – The food is served from customised food trailers and aims to provides the ultimate customer experience while meeting the highest standards of food hygiene.
They pride themselves in offering delicious burritos, Tacos and loaded nachos.
