Chris Catling is a British solo artist offering an authentic live music experience for weddings and events across Spain. His career spans 25 years of performing across the UK, Spain and further afield, bringing a level of seasoned professionalism honed over decades on stage.
Chris's repertoire covers a wide range of English-language classic, performed with natural ease and authenticity. Sets often feature songs by the likes of The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Marley and Lionel Richie, with songs chosen to match the feel of the day without stealing the show.

Ideally, I need a minimum of 3 square metres space, a single power socket and a parking space.
Just directions to the venue will be enough.
I provide a PA system and can provide basic lighting.
I can play Spotify though the PA speakers during any breaks.
The best venue I've ever worked at is easily the O2 VIP lounge in London, but the best gig I've ever done is hands down a 'surprise' wedding where the bride was unaware she was getting married. A truly wonderful event with truly beautiful people.
I'll play all sorts of events but anything outdoors is always a bonus.
I began learning the piano at the age of 4, which led to be me learning other instruments as a teenager, namely the drums and the guitar. I have been playing professionally for over 25 years. I began gigging in pubs in the Cotswolds as a teenager and have been gigging regularly ever since.
I have far too many influences to mention, but important ones include Pink Floyd, Rush and Ezio.
I usually aim to arrive at least 2 hours before the performance time to allow for any unforeseen issues. I usually play for 2 x 45 minutes with a 10-15 minute break in the middle. Performance times are always negotiable.

Generally, I will stick to my own repertoire, but if the client has a particular song that they want for a wedding ceremony, for example, I will happily oblige provided I am informed at least a month in advance.
