From the very beginning, Chris was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for each part of the day — from the ceremony to the drinks reception — and he absolutely delivered.
His voice is stunning, and his guitar playing brought such a warm, emotional atmosphere to our ceremony. Guests kept asking us “Who is your singer? He’s amazing!” — and they weren’t wrong. We even picked one of his original songs "Eyes Off You" to walk down the aisle to. It was truly perfect.
Chris’s setlist was spot on — a great mix of romantic, relaxed, and upbeat songs that suited the vibe of the day perfectly. He read the room beautifully and kept the energy flowing without ever being overbearing.

We booked Chris for our wedding reception after seeing him busking in Tunbridge Wells and being blown away by his voice and music choice.
The booking was easy to make and once the date and times were confirmed Chris ensured to keep in contact regarding our preferences for the set, timings and set up.
Chris turned up in plenty of time to set up, he liased with the venue staff to set up ready for our special day.
Chris’ performance was perfect, the songs he performed worked perfectly for the day with a great mix of covers and some of his own original music. Our guests were so impressed by his talent and they still mention him almost a year after the day.

Well where to start with Chris..

I saw him perform at a friend’s birthday party. He bought such a good vibe that I knew he would be the perfect addition to mine and my now husband’s wedding day.

We booked him more than a year in advance as we wanted to make sure he was available.. and he did not disappoint.

He made our drinks reception with his amazing voice and energy. We have had so many compliments on his performance. Apart from having an incredible voice and musical talent he is also LOVELY!

I would recommend that everyone follow his music and his journey in the music industry and well as booking him for future events. He will not disappoint.

We had the most amazing wedding day last month and couldn’t have been happier with how it all went, especially our music choices for our big day! Chris Harper was absolutely perfect! Couldn’t imagine it any different than coming from our ceremony straight to a drink in the sunshine with the sound of the guitar and gentle singing to welcome us to the rest of our lives together 🥰 we ran over for time on most things and he stayed on past his time to make sure he could play our first dance for us! Cured the stress and panic of ‘what do we do, we’re so behind!’ And our moment was perfect 💕 one month on and it will live in our memories forever, thank you so much for staying and making our day perfect 🥰 we had sooo many compliments on how great the music was! We saw Chris playing at a wedding fair and knew straight away we loved his sound so we booked him for our wedding reception. Chris was amazing from the start with all the admin correspondence and planning for his set and responded so promptly to any emails. He brought the perfect vibe to our reception and sounded amazing, I'm so glad we booked him 😊

We met Chris at a local wedding venue. It wasn’t even in our plans to have a live singer at our wedding but things soon changed. we heard him as soon as we walked in and was still thinking the same. Then my wife asked him to play a certain song that she wanted to walk down the aisle to, that he didn’t actually know at the time. He asked us to give him two minutes he pulled up the melody quickly learnt the cords and the words to almost most of the song. Listening to him sing made my wife choke up and it was at that moment booking him was top of our list, we gave him our details and within a couple of days he was booked for our wedding. We were complimented throughout our wedding with how amazing and brilliant Chris was and the only regret we have with booking Chris is that we didn’t get the chance to hear him sing more with all the photos and talking to guests we had to do.

Honestly if any of you reading this are unsure about booking him cast all your doubts aside and book him right now before it’s too late. you will be so happy you did.

Chris himself is extremely friendly and really personable and is always himself will make you feel at ease and will learn songs and tailor his set list to what ever you want him to sing and honestly there isn’t really anything he can’t sing it all sounds absolutely amazing!

He catered to all of our wishes and was happy to make changes when I requested with no bother at all on the run up to our big day. Having live music at our wedding was a must have, and when I found Chris, on instagram and then at a wedding fayre, I was blown away by his voice. He played some of his own music as well as his own take on some of our favourite songs, and was so accommodating about our plans for the day (which changed more than once!) We absolutely loved having Chris play on our wedding day. From seeing him perform in a local restaurant to asking him to play at our wedding. We had Chris perform during the drinks reception at our wedding and it was the perfect chill vibe we were searching for. I met Chris when busking in Crawley square . My now husband and I were drawn to his beautiful sound usually you listen for a second or two then carry on walking, but I just loved his voice .
We chatted for a minute or two ,then without hesitation asked him if he would be part of our wedding celebrations.
I asked him to sing my choice of song as I walked down the isle and another as we walked back . Then to sing anything he wanted while the drinks reception was going on .

Chris recently played at my 30th festival themed garden party and he was incredible! Both his voice and music was amazing and soon enough everyone was up dancing. He performed a mixture of new, old and his own music and there wasn’t a moment anyone sat down. A few of my friends even took his number for their upcoming weddings. Cannot recommend enough!

We booked Chris for our wedding entertainment on a whim after hearing him at a local wedding fair and struck gold. He was so easy to communicate with and needed minimal direction before, and on the big day. He arrived on time, had set up, and was already playing by the time we arrived back to the venue after taking some pictures - exactly what you want on such a busy day.

Chris' blend of relaxed indie guitar was the perfect background music to our laid-back wedding, our guests were complimenting him all night! We even paid extra for Chris to stay an another hour, it was going so well, we didn't him to stop (we are very grateful to him for being such a good sport - especially with the impromptu karaoke)

He is an extremely talented singer, and we are over the moon with his professionalism and performance.

He was fantastic and did a great range of music choices and made a great atmosphere at the Xmas party that was organised. He got the dancefloor filled and his voice and music was amazing! Definitely recommend him to play at any event!

Chris Harper performed at our Christmas party in December 2021, which was an event with 120 attendees. His communication beforehand was excellent and we were able to agree on the set he would be playing on the day. He arrived promptly to set up and was friendly towards members of staff at the venue. His performance was superb and enjoyed by all. He played a mix of his own music and covers of popular songs, even taking requests. We had an overall great experience and have invited him along again this year.

I had Chris perform at my 60th birthday party and he was excellent. A great selection of songs from which we chose our preferred song list. Chris was very professional throughout the entire process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Five stars all round.
