About / Biography

Currently, London-based DJ/ Producer Paul Duffy grew up in the local record shop: Cool Discs in Londonderry (Derry). Promoters gave him the opportunity to share the stage with some of the world's best DJs. From the late 90's he went on to support the likes of Groove Armada, Ian Brown, Mr Scruff, DJ Andy Smith, Adam Freeland, Deadly Avenger, The Freestylers Matt Cantor, DJ Falcon and many more. He has performed in venues & parties including Praise @ Nerve Centre, Celtronic Festival, Belfast Festival, Cargo (Shoreditch), The Blues Kitchen (Camden), Clays (Soho) & other clubs around England & Ireland.
His work has also been featured on an Adidas campaign for Messi, National Geographic and MTV as well as plays on 1xtra, 6music and many other stations.

What are your basic technical requirements?

A sound system and mixing desk that can connect to the DJ mixer via XLR, phono, or jack inputs.


What information do you require about a venue?

Soundcheck times, finish time, parking availability, and preferred music style.


Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

I have a 300W PA system with an additional 100W subwoofer, suitable for bar venues and small clubs. I also provide two constant LED lights, which can be gelled in a range of colours to suit the venue or event.


Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

No.
