Could you let me know where the venue is located and how big the space is? Is it an outdoor or indoor venue, and does it have natural or artificial lighting?
I would also like to know a bit more about the event itself, what it is about, how many people are expected to attend, and any other relevant details that could help me understand the setting and requirements.
