Service Booking and Payment ● A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% ● The remaining balance must be paid before I start the set on the event date. Travel costs are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of the deposit. ● Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. Late Payment and Fees ● If the balance is unpaid by the above specified time and date, a late payment fee of [£50] will apply. ● All outstanding balances must be settled within 7 days post-event to avoid further fees or service disruptions. If payment is not received within 7 days following the event, an additional £10 per day will be charged until the balance is paid in full. Event Details ● The Client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and specific requirements. 1 ● Changes to event details should be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. Changes made within 7 days may incur an additional £10 fee. Cancellations and Refunds ● Deposits are non-refundable. ● If the Client cancels within [7 days] of the event, 80% of the total fee will be due. ● Full payment is required once I am en route to the booking. ● Cancellations on the day of the event require 100% of the total fee. ● If I cancel, a full refund will be provided to the Client. Performance ● I will perform at the agreed location for the specified time. The Client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment, including electrical outlets and weather protection as needed. Music Selection and Requests ● The Client may submit preferred songs or genres, as well as exclusions. I will do my best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled. Liability and Indemnity ● I am not liable for any injury, damage, or loss during the event. ● The Client agrees to indemnify me against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event. Equipment ● I will provide their own equipment, including a controller. The Client must ensure the venue has adequate power and space. Any damage to DJ-provided equipment is the Client’s responsibility. Force Majeure ● I am not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control. Intellectual Property ● All intellectual property created by me related to the services provided remains the property of me. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use any intellectual property solely to fulfil obligations under this Agreement. Promotional materials, including DJ name, photos, or videos, may only be used once the deposit is paid.
