Take-off and landing area – A safe, open area for drone operations.

Special requests – Desired shots, cinematic footage, group shots, venue reveals, or social media content.

Contact person – Venue or event organiser's contact details for coordination and permissions.

Budget and deliverables – Preferred package, shooting duration, edited video, raw footage, or photographs.

Requirements from the Venue on the Day of the Drone Shoot

To ensure a smooth and safe drone shoot, I would appreciate the venue's assistance with the following:

Take-off and Landing Space – A safe, open area free from obstructions for drone take-off and landing.

Venue Access – Permission to access designated filming areas and suitable locations for capturing aerial footage.

Parking – A convenient parking space for equipment loading and unloading.

Power Supply – Access to a standard power socket for charging drone batteries and other equipment, if available.

Site Coordination – A designated contact person to assist with access arrangements, venue guidelines, and coordination on the day.

Safety and Crowd Management – Assistance in identifying safe flying zones and keeping the take-off and landing area clear of people.

Filming Permissions – Confirmation of venue approval and any applicable restrictions on drone operations or photography.

Setup and Pack-Down Requirements

I typically require 15–30 minutes for setup before the drone shoot, including equipment checks, battery preparation, and site safety assessment.

After the shoot, I require approximately 10–15 minutes for pack-down, including securing the drone, packing equipment, and ensuring the area is left clean and clear.

Additional time may be required depending on venue access, weather conditions, and operational or safety requirements. I would appreciate access to the designated flying area before the scheduled shoot to allow sufficient time for preparation.
