Sound
Professional sound systems for everything from conferences and corporate events to live performances, concerts and larger productions. We provide PA systems, digital mixing consoles, wireless microphones, stage monitoring, in-ear systems and experienced technicians.
Lighting
Complete lighting solutions including stage lighting, moving lights, decorative lighting, uplighting, LED fixtures, lasers and lighting effects. We design the lighting around the venue, stage, brand and type of event.
Stage & Truss
Staging and truss solutions for corporate events, shows, concerts, presentations and larger productions. We can create complete stage setups for sound, lighting, screens and event technology.
Video & Screens
LED screens, TVs, projectors, projection screens, cameras and video solutions for presentations, branding, live video and entertainment.
Special Effects
We can also provide special effects such as Cold Sparks, low fog, haze, CO₂ effects and other effects to enhance entrances, performances and shows.
Complete Event Production
DTF Event can take responsibility for the complete technical production – from planning and preparation to transport, installation, operation during the event and dismantling afterwards.

Technical requirements depend on the size and type of production. We normally require suitable access for loading and unloading, sufficient power supply and adequate space for the technical production. For larger events, we coordinate all technical requirements with the client, venue and other suppliers in advance.
We require information about venue size, number of guests, stage requirements, loading access, parking, power supply, rigging possibilities and any sound or technical restrictions. For larger productions, we are happy to communicate directly with the venue and coordinate the technical planning.
Yes. This is one of our main services. DTF Event provides professional sound, lighting, staging, truss, video, LED screens and event technology for everything from corporate events and conferences to concerts, shows and larger productions.
We can provide individual equipment or manage the complete technical production, including planning, installation, technicians and operation during the event.
Yes. We can provide background music, Spotify playback and professional DJ services before, during and between different parts of the event. Music and playback can be fully integrated into the event’s sound system and technical production.
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of the production. Smaller setups normally require 2–3 hours, while larger event productions may require a full day or more. We always plan the setup, soundcheck and technical preparation in advance to ensure everything is ready well before the event starts.
Yes. We regularly provide sound, lighting, staging and technical production for outdoor events. The technical setup is always adapted to the location, weather conditions, power requirements and size of the event.
Absolutely. For events that include a DJ, we plan the music together with the client and welcome requests, playlists and preferred genres. Our DJs then adapt the music throughout the event based on the audience, atmosphere and dance floor.
