I am a professional cellist with more than 15 years of performance experience, offering live music for concerts, weddings, luxury events, hotels, resorts, corporate functions, and private celebrations.
My repertoire includes classical music, crossover, cinematic music, pop, lounge, world music, Latin music, and contemporary arrangements. I perform on acoustic cello, electric cello, and baroque cello, allowing me to adapt to a wide variety of venues and artistic settings.
I am available as a solo performer and can also collaborate with violinists, pianists, singers, chamber ensembles, orchestras, and crossover groups when required. For solo cello performances, we typically require a performance area of approximately 2m x 2m and protection from direct sun, rain, or excessive humidity when outdoors.
For duo, trio, and quartet performances, additional space may be required depending on the ensemble size.
If amplification is needed, access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance is appreciated. Technical requirements are discussed individually for each event to ensure the best possible experience.
To prepare properly, we appreciate receiving the venue name, event schedule, performance location, guest count, and any venue-specific access instructions.
For destination weddings and outdoor events, it is helpful to know whether the performance area is on a beach, terrace, garden, or indoor space, as well as any restrictions related to setup times, sound levels, loading access, or weather contingency plans.
Photos or videos of the performance area are always welcome and help us recommend the most suitable musical setup.
Yes. Professional sound reinforcement can be provided for ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinners, and private events when required.
The appropriate sound system is selected according to the event size, venue characteristics, and ensemble configuration.
As a live music specialist, I focus primarily on high-quality audio support. Additional production services, specialty equipment, and larger technical setups can also be arranged when needed.
Yes. Curated background music playlists can be played before, between, and after live performance sets when suitable sound equipment is being provided. Clients may provide their own playlists or request musical guidance to help create a cohesive atmosphere throughout the event.
Not necessarily. Professional sound equipment can be provided when needed. Requirements depend on the venue, guest count, and ensemble size.
Yes. I frequently travel for destination weddings and private events throughout Mexico and worldwide. Travel and accommodation requirements are discussed individually based on the event location.

Over the years I have performed at properties including Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, One&Only Mandarina, Hilton Vallarta Riviera, Sheraton Buganvilias, and other high-end wedding and event venues throughout Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.
My concert experience includes performances in theatres such as Teatro del Estado in Xalapa, Teatro Xicohténcatl in Tlaxcala, Teatro Benito Juárez in Oaxaca, and Teatro Bicentenario in Texcoco.
What I enjoy most is the versatility of the cello. One week I may be performing classical repertoire on a concert stage, and the next I may be helping create a meaningful atmosphere for a wedding ceremony overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

No. While I have a classical background, my repertoire also includes contemporary, movie, pop, crossover, and popular wedding music. Every performance is tailored to the style of the event.
Yes. In addition to solo cello, I can provide violin & cello duo, piano trio, string quartet, and other custom ensemble configurations depending on the event.
For most events I arrive between 45 and 90 minutes before the performance, depending on the venue and setup requirements. Ceremony performances are usually 30–60 minutes, while cocktail hours and receptions are often 1–2 hours. Every event is different, so performance times can be customized.
Absolutely. Many of my events take place outdoors, especially destination weddings. I simply ask for protection from direct sun, rain, and excessive humidity, as these conditions can damage string instruments.
Definitely. I encourage clients to be involved in the music selection. They can choose from my repertoire, request special songs, or ask for guidance if they are not sure what would work best for their event. One of my favorite parts of the process is helping create a soundtrack that feels personal and meaningful.
