We need a rectangular performance space of at least of 20 feet by 24 feet. The stage must be easy to access for the performers and their instruments and equipment. Complete with ramps and stairs. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 3-5 parking spaces. If microphones are available, we will need a minimum of 4 microphones.

We need the best person cell and email to contact upon arrival, the advance information regarding directions on the local area streets, the exact venue address, local accessibility regarding restaurants, gas and lodging, airports etc. The free parking agreements on the property of the venue, and direct accessibility to the actual performance room or outdoor locale with clear time and date and sound check and load-in dock information.

Yes, we’re completely self-contained on local venues. We bring our own PA system and microphones to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig.
Once the venue is past the 50 miles limitation, then we expect that the sound system will be provided with monitors and lighting
rigs to accommodate our performance indoors/outdoors with clear directions and information as to who is in charge of that setup.

The DJ services can be provided for an extra charge within the contract. Advance notice of this expectation must be in the contract. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves.
