I need access to the areas where photography or filming is required, along with any necessary passes or accreditation. A parking space close to the venue is appreciated for bringing in my equipment. Any additional requirements for lighting or audio will be discussed in advance.

My equipment requires minimal setup and packing time. I prefer to arrive shortly before the agreed coverage starts to check the location and coordinate with the organiser. If additional lighting or audio equipment is needed, we will agree on preparation time in advance.

I am insured for my professional activities as a photographer and videographer. Details of my insurance cover can be provided on request.

Images are delivered digitally in high resolution and web-friendly formats. Video coverage and editing can be included by arrangement. Ideally, please contact me at least one month before your event. Some dates may already be booked by then, so the earlier you get in touch, the better. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, depending on my availability and the preparation required, so you're always welcome to ask.
