| Wedding outside italy variesBooking Details & Payment: "To keep things simple and professional, I work with a 30% deposit to lock in your date on my calendar. The rest of the payment can be settled one week before the big day. If your event is outside of my local area, we can discuss a small travel fee to cover gas or train tickets. For international bookings (UK, USA, Canada), I just ask that flights and stay are arranged at least 3 months in advance!" 3. International Booking Clause Specifically for those 6-month advance bookings in the USA, Canada, or UK. International Travel Policy: "For events requiring international travel, a flat 'Travel Day' fee of €200 applies in addition to the hourly rate. Due to the logistics of visas and flight bookings, international contracts must be signed and the deposit paid at least 6 months in advance.
