Depending on the number of musicians booked, we need a performance space of at least 8 feet x 8 feet for Solo vocals and piano/guitar bookings, and 11 feet x 11 feet for Vocals and Rhythm section bookings. We also require at least 2 Power outlets within 5 feet of the allotted space, as well as 1 parking space for Solo vocals and piano/guitar bookings, and up to 5 parking spaces for rhythm section and saxophone bookings.
Specific directions on where the venue is located, and specific directions and times for load in and load out for all of our equipment.
Sound setup is self contained, we bring our own PA system to all of our gigs. Lighting would need to be provided by the client/venue if desired.
Yes, we are more than happy to provide music from a pre-curated Spotify playlist, before and in between our sets, with music choices made by us or the client!
I got to perform with some of my friends at an iconic jazz bar in Downtown Las Vegas right off of Fremont Street! It's called Fat Cat, it's such a wonderful venue and the workers there were phenomenal and so welcoming!
I love any kind of event where I get to entertain and do what I love, but I would have to say that my favorite gig has got to be a wedding! They're always so fun, everyone is in a good mood, and we get to celebrate love!
I have been singing and making music since I was a kid. I took vocal and guitar lessons growing up and it became my favorite thing in the world! So much so that I am currently a Jazz and Commercial Music undergraduate student at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with a focus on Vocal Performance. There, I get to perform regularly for both my peers and professors, as well as for the general public in University coordinated performances. I started gigging in 2024 with a Jazz/Pop group that I am a member of called The KPM Collective, which is where I've gotten most of my gigs and gigging experience. I've played a variety of venues from small locally owned coffee and pottery shops, to iconic Jazz bars off of Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas.
Depends on the genre; when it comes to Jazz, my biggest influence (and the G.O.A.T of vocal jazz) is Ella Fitzgerald, and my personal jazz stylistic choices are definitely inspired by her! As for pop, my inspirations are some of the big pop girlies of the current times, like Olivia Rodrigo and Taylor Swift! Some crowd favorites from both genres have been Cheek to Cheek, a classic Jazz Standard, and Style by Taylor Swift, a personal favorite of mine!
For a Solo Vocal and Guitar/Piano booking, normally we would arrive 1 hour/45 Minutes before scheduled start time to set up; For Vocal and Rhythm Section bookings, we would usually arrive 1.5 Hours before scheduled start time to set up and run a short sound check to ensure all of our equipment is working properly. For any bookings over 1 hour, sets typically contain 2-3 x 45 minute sets (depending on which booking length you choose) with 15 minute breaks between sets. We are happy to play longer or shorter sets if needed, but we have found that these times suit our musicians and audiences best.
We are happy to play outside, permitting weather conditions, we just ask there we are provided with shade, a flat and level surface, and a power supply close to the performance area.
We are happy to tailor our setlist in collaboration with our clients to whichever style they choose, whether it be Pop, Jazz, etc.; Clients may request up to 5 specific songs that are not familiar amongst the personnel for us to learn for a specific booking.
Previous clients of ours have described our sets as engaging, high energy, and personable with our audience and clients alike.
