Wonderful entertainer! Bob ‘reads’ the audience and keeps the mood, tempo and volume on point. He provided a wonderful afternoon of music and humour for mum’s 100th!

What can I say? Bob is a fantastic singer! We hired him for our event in Kilpatrick-Fleming, and from the very start, his communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and professional. Bob even went out of his way to learn my favourite song, 'Chicken Fried,' and he did a brilliant job with it.
His versatility is what truly sets him apart. Whether you need a soft, romantic atmosphere or a fun, lively vibe, Bob is your man. He is a natural crowd-pleaser; we were throwing requests at him left, right, and centre, and he adapted effortlessly to every one. Bob contributed with a fantastic concert in Fjerritslev Church Center in May 2023.

Lots of happy people flocked to Fjerritslev Kirkcenter to hear the happy and well-liked Scotsman.

Bob's concert was a lovely concert, for all age groups. Both his own songs but also huge hits from different decades were sung. Even the audience could choose songs.

All in all, a Bob Ferguson concert is a wonderful experience, filled with joy, humorous remarks, beautiful singing with audience participation and a wonderful personal experience that you absolutely do not want to miss.

Always good fun to see Bob Ferguson on stage. A good singer and the audience is always engaged and involved. If you're in for some good music and fun, Bob's your uncle! A good variety of songs also.

A very special experience for us, was when a Sunday in June, for the first time we held a house concert.

The Artist, yes, it was Bob Ferguson and what a wonderful day it became. We had borrowed a tent. and scraped the neighbours. and own garden chairs together, and had invites family, friends, neighbours, and others, at a concert in the garden.

Not everyone knew about Bob already, but we have received incredibly many happy, and positive feedbacks.

Everyone was excited about the music and the amazing atmosphere that Bob created. It was a huge experience, and it didn't require much.

Bob is highly recommended if someone has a party in mind, and I certainly don't think it's the last time we do it. and the guests are ready, I have no doubt about that.

Our association organizes, among other things, traditional concerts, especially regional music of Low German culture. Scottish and Celtic music corresponds to this program much.

Bob Ferguson gave us with his music insights and impressions into the everyday life of Scottish life. In his ballads, he sang about love, wanderlust, the landscape and the sea.

He entertained the audience wonderfully, walked through the rows of spectators and encouraged everyone to sing along. The audience felt transported to the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland and had this beautiful landscape in mind.

We thank him for this great concert and we look forward to seeing him again in autumn 2020.

The last couple of years we had the pleasure of having the Scottish musician Bob Ferguson on stage. He is a great performer.

With Bob in the house, you're sure of having an entertaining afternoon or evening. And the music he's playing is diverse.

Scottish and Irish folk, but also songs made by himself. We knew Bob already from concerts he played in our folkclub with Beggars Row and Celtic Hearts.

But his solo concerts are also from high quality. So whenever you have the chance to get him on stage in your folkclub, bar or festival.....?! Book this guy!

Over the years Spectra have used Bob Ferguson, and his bands Celtic Horizon, and Beggars Row to entertain many of our corporate clients.

Bob is a natural charmer, has a great voice and delivers many traditional, and more contemporary songs with great style.

He always has fun on stage, loves to interact with guests, and uniquely can always be relied on to read the room so that audiences feel they are part of the experience.

Bob Ferguson has played in Hannes Musikcafe in March 2023 and we have been to several of his concerts.

His repertoire ranges widely from the Scottish/Irish/American song treasure mixed with his own numbers. From beginning to end, he involves the audience – ie; - he moves around among the audience and gets them to sing along to the many well-known sing-along songs.

Bob is fantastic at "reading" his audience, makes lots of fun, laughs and jokes and has a fantastic contact with his audience. The songs mix with seasoned fine stories, lots of humour and vivid descriptions.

Dressed in a kilt and with his powerful voice, from the moment he takes the stage, he creates a close and intimate atmosphere, and you leave the concert in a good mood.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Bob Ferguson.

As always, wonderful music, and the guests were taken along for the experience when Bob walks around between the tables, sings, plays and jokes.

On Saturday 16 September 2023, we celebrated our 116th birthday. We had heard good things about Bob Ferguson from others, so we decided to have him round off a great day with 3 hours of superb entertainment.

It was an unforgettable evening, Bob really manages to hit his audience, and the atmosphere was instantly top notch. Bob got everyone involved, and there was dancing and singing along to the big gold medal.

And the best recommendation you can get is that we have hired Bob Ferguson again for a good and pleasant day/evening in March 2024.

Bob sang for my mum’s 90th birthday celebration and was a hit with young(er) and old alike. He has a great voice and is also an entertaining story teller. His performance was the highlight of the night for my mum. Highly recommended.

Bob was booked for a Burns supper. He was really flexible in what he could offer; I was asking him to play over a prolonged period of time, not a 40min 'set'. He engaged with the crowd brilliantly, and really brought the songs to life.

I would absolutely recommend to anyone and would absolutely use again, thank you Bob.
