I’m very flexible and adapt to almost any setting. All I need is a 230 V power outlet nearby and a space of about 3 × 2 m for the keyboard and sound system. For outdoor events, shelter from rain and direct sun is required to protect the equipment. I bring all my own gear, so you don’t need to provide anything else.

The address and any useful access details (parking, unloading area, stairs or lift), the location of the performance space and power supply, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, and the timings for set-up, performance and breaks. Please also let me know if there’s a sound limiter or any noise restrictions at the venue.

Yes, I provide a complete, professional sound system suited to the size of your event: mixing desk, speakers and subwoofer, plus microphones for speeches or guest singers. I can also provide an all-in-one lighting bar to create the right atmosphere. Larger set-ups are available on request.

Yes, of course! I’m happy to play background music before, after and between my sets through my own sound system. I can choose a playlist that matches the atmosphere of your event, or play your own Spotify playlist so the music fits your tastes perfectly.

I’ve had the chance to play in some great Belgian venues, such as the Aula Magna in Louvain-la-Neuve, the Ferme du Biéreau and the Spott, and I’ve even performed in front of the Belgian Royal Family. But for me, there’s no such thing as a small event: whether it’s a large concert hall or an intimate garden reception, every performance is played with the same energy, emotion and conviction.

I love receptions where the music creates the atmosphere: a relaxed piano-bar lounge set during a cocktail hour, with guests chatting, smiling and sometimes coming over to request their favourite song. And when the evening turns into a “live karaoke” around the piano, it’s pure joy! Choir concerts are also very special to me: seeing a group I’ve rehearsed with for months finally shine on stage is priceless.

I’ve played the piano since childhood and trained at music academy in piano and music theory. For more than 25 years I’ve taught piano, guitar and harmony, and I direct and accompany children’s, teenagers’ and adult choirs, arranging songs for them and handling the sound on concert days. Accompanying singers and choirs naturally led me to perform at events and receptions, and in 2022 I founded Coda Création to offer my services as a pianist, accompanist and arranger, as well as studio work and sound and lighting hire.

It's hard ton resume my influences, but my favourite singer/musician at this point of my life is Jacob Collier. I like his approach of harmony, and his multi-instrumentist skills... and how he involves the audience in his shows.

I usually arrive about 1 hour before the performance to set up and do a sound check, so everything is ready before your guests arrive. Set lengths are completely flexible: a single continuous set during a cocktail hour, several 45-minute sets with breaks, or a longer evening — I adapt to the rhythm of your event and I’m always open to your suggestions.

Absolutely, I love outdoor events! I just ask for shelter from rain and direct sun to protect the instruments, a reasonably flat surface and a power supply close to the performance area. Garden receptions, terraces, marquees… I’m happy to adapt to any setting.

Clients have every say! I play a wide and varied repertoire — pop, jazz, chanson, film music, classical — and I’m always happy to learn and arrange special requests for your event, such as a first-dance song or a piece that means something to you. Just send me your wishes a few weeks in advance and I’ll prepare them. I can also read the room on the day and adjust the mood as the event unfolds.
