The Gatsby Girls and Guys Dance Entertainment - Gatsby 1920s, Can Can, Hollywood, 50s and 60s

Terms and conditions: 1. THE GATSBY GIRLS will under all circumstances attend and deliver the discussed and agreed performances. 2. If THE GATSBY GIRLS fail to attend the full fee will be reimbursed. 3. Cancellation of the artist(s) outside of a 28 day period will be of no charge. 4. Cancellation within 28 days will incur a fee of 20% of the full fee agreed 5. Cancellation within 14 days will incur a fee of 50% of the full fee agreed. 6. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the full fee agreed. 7. If contract is cancelled after confirmation, pre-paid expenses, including train tickets & accommodation are to be refunded to The Gatsby Girls. 8. Changes to the event and what is required of the artist(s) are to be discussed with management prior to the event. 9. Changes to the event on the day, to be discussed with artist management and fee negotiated if applicable and confirmed 10. A late fee may be added per performer if the performance is delayed and finish time extended. 11. Payment shall be received no more than 30 days after the event unless otherwise discussed with client. 12. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, the client will incur a £70 admin fee plus daily interest in accordance with the current late payment legislation.
