About / Biography

I offer acoustic violin music for a wide variety of settings and ages.

I have performed for Queen Camilla at the National Army Museum, actor Clive Swift at the Horniman Museum, and depped for John Williams on guitar! I have also worked and filmed with Emily Blunt and Bill Nighy for the Stephen Poliakoff BBC drama ' Gideon's Daughter'.

I have performed in venues including Brighton Royal Pavilion, The Hurlingham Club in London, William Morris Gallery to Amnesty International, London.

I work with Music in Hospitals charity for live music in residential settings to charity events for Spelthorne Dementia - Purple Angels.

I have over 20 years performing experience for weddings, ceremonies, functions and concerts. I am a Fellow member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians who provide public liability insurance for performances.

What are your basic technical requirements?

I require a performing space of 2m x 2m. 1 parking space.
I can provide voice amplification for song introductions etc.


What information do you require about a venue?

Full address details and any directions required. Free parking is available onsite for the duration of the performance. Performance spaces with natural light via windows preferred.


Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

Yes we can provide our own amplification and small stand light for reading music.


Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

No.

Concerts live music for a mixture of settings including care homes. Wedding / ceremony music is also interesting for requested music.

Lots of performing in various venues from the Science Museum, The National Army Museum for Queen Camilla as part of the War Horse Exhibition to Horniman Museum, London fund raising events with Clive Swift in the audience.

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I arrive 15-20 Minutes before the start time to set up. I can provide all equipment and just need a plug socket and 2m x 2m space. Performances are usually in 45min sets and 15 min break. I can work around speeches and other itinerary of the event/change of room etc.


Are you happy to perform outside?

Yes long as shade , a flat surface and power supply (not used for other electrical devices) is provided.


Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

I can offer up-to 3 song requests if provided enough time to source the song; 28 days is required in advance. If the client is able to advise the genre of music required I can provide music suitable for the occasion as reasonably possible.
