We need a clear, level space for the booked equipment, suitable power outlets nearby, and access before the event for setup and afterwards for collection. Convenient loading access and parking for our vehicle are also helpful. Space, power and setup requirements depend on the services booked and will be agreed with you and the venue in advance.

Setup and pack-down times depend on the services booked and the size of the installation. We’ll confirm the timings in advance and coordinate access with you and the venue.

Both offer instant photo prints, props and personalised photo frames. The Retro Photobooth has a vintage look, while the Mirror Booth features a large interactive mirror with a touchscreen, animations and voice instructions.

Guests stand on a platform while a camera moves around them to capture a video. They can then access their video via a QR code or link, making it easy to save and share.

An audio guestbook lets guests leave personal voice messages using a telephone. They pick up the handset, listen to your personalised greeting and record their wishes, stories or messages.
