We use to arrive 1 or 2 hours before the performance depending of the kind of set up. We play circa 1 hour at the acoustic set and 1 - 2,5 hours at the Band set.

We are happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. Musical instruments like mandolin get out of tune easily while in sunny contitions.

We can learn specific songs at least 2 weeks before the event but we usually limit this to 2-3 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
