Just wanted to say a big thank you for throwing such a great party at our wedding. We all loved it. I think you managed to please just about everyone with the music, my dad especially. The guitar playing went down very well and has created some great memories for us all. Everything was greatly appreciated, from getting me a mojito when the cocktail bar had closed to lending us your speaker for our party the next day. I have no regrets about changing my wedding day to hire you. It was brilliant having you a part of our big day.

We could not have asked for more. You were absolutely fantastic both in terms of the entertainment and the attention you gave us as MC. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and our guests had an absolute ball. Thank you so much.

You are worth your weight in gold for what you did at our wedding. Not only was the music incredible and perfect for the mood that we had throughout the night, but you also coordinated a lot of fun times and served drinks when we were in need. Amazing is the word used by most of my guests in describing your performance on the evening and I’d like to reiterate that. You were superb. You got my friends and family doing things that I didn’t think they were capable of and I suspect they didn’t think themselves capable either. You’re terrific at what you do and I’m so glad that I chose you above the other options. We had a brilliant night with some pretty cool memories.

Thank you for making our wedding as amazing as it was. We’re so grateful you came to the rescue last minute and were there all day. I think it was fate because I don’t think it would have been the same without you there during the ceremony, drinks reception and dinner too. We had so many compliments about the music in the evening. A lot of people pointed out that there was not one bad song and how everyone was up dancing all night, when usually people are sat down most of the time at weddings. Best day/night of our life.

We booked Ian Preston for MC, Rat Pack singing and DJ — he was amazing. From his banter with the guests to all the extra surprises (I won’t spoil it in case you book him) I cannot fault him. I didn’t even provide Ian with a playlist but he just worked from the guests’ reaction on what to play and got it spot on. He is definitely the best entertainer I have ever seen at a wedding — anywhere.

I just want to personally thank you for a fabulous job you did for us at our wedding. We have had so many comments from guests about how fantastic you were and I couldn’t agree more. Absolutely fabulous. I honestly could not recommend you enough for the fantastic and professional job you did. Absolutely worth every penny.

We had nothing to worry about. Ian had the place dancing like crazy. It was fantastic. Ian did a marvellous job entertaining and he is more than just a DJ — plenty of games and craic on the night.

A big thank you for a wonderful day. You are definitely one of the best entertainers ever. Loved every song you played and never danced so much in my life. The guitar play for the groom and best man was the highlight of the night.

Thank you so much for your fabulous music and entertainment at our wedding. We really could not have hoped for a better day and all of the guests have been singing your praises. They all thought you were brilliant. One of my highlights was when you gave the musical instruments to the older guests and got them to play along to The Gambler. The tears were running down my face.

As a wedding planner, there is a lot of pressure on me on the wedding day, but when I know Ian is booked to perform at a wedding, I know the pressure will ease once I get guests back to the venue as he goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Ian is a true professional and I can rely on him 100%. My clients, and their guests, have always raved about Ian as a singer, DJ and MC. Apart from the fact that the man can sing, he also looks the part. I always recommend him to my clients and I will continue doing so until I or he retires.

Can’t rate Ian highly enough, from being master of ceremonies, to providing all of the sound systems needed including microphones for the minister in a separate section of our villa, all the way to providing some light-hearted entertainment but not overboard to transition from day to night. Even went above and beyond as we needed a verse taking out of a song to make it shorter for the aisle walk. All was done with no qualms. Really does put you at ease by saying don’t worry about anything on the day, if there’s anything extra you need just ask and I’ll provide. Thank you once again.

Ian was a fantastic addition to our wedding and we’d highly recommend him. Our wedding was held at the Mar Bella restaurant in Nerja with approx 60 guests. Ian was great at warming up the guests during the reception — so much so we were up dancing between the starter and main courses. Tambourine playing and duelling guitars followed which were great fun. He is extremely talented as a singer and was a fantastic DJ. Ian is very professional and easy to communicate with which helped the day run smoothly and created some fantastic memories for us. Thanks Ian.

Ian is professional, polite and so very talented. Ian understands the crowd perfectly and knows what people want. His voice is amazing and his presence and energy is one of a kind. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Ian to any of my friends or family. All I can say is if you have booked Ian — you are in for a great day and night.

Ian is so professional in every aspect of his job. We had the pleasure of having Ian entertain our guests on our wedding day. He was fantastic and so helpful, got everyone up dancing, knows exactly how to work the room. All our guests commented on how great Ian was with playing different music for different tastes. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone getting married.

From the start we had a good feeling about Ian. His package looked to be the most comprehensive on offer in the area. Our wedding planner suggested a few. We were able to check out plenty of YouTube videos of the kind of thing Ian does. We thought with us having a smaller wedding (42) that Ian would not suit, but he put our minds at ease when we met him at the wedding showcase in the RDS. After we had chosen him both our photographer and planner mentioned how good he is, claiming that we had chosen the A-Team. Ian certainly knows his stuff. He joined us at the ceremony and was talking with guests at our drinks reception to get a feel for the crowd and the type of music that would suit the group. He was both incredibly friendly and at the same time truly professional throughout the day. His performance on the night couldn’t have been better. He MC’d perfectly and had us all dancing and singing. All in all I can’t recommend Ian high enough for a wedding on the Costa. You’ll be a long time looking for better and I doubt in the end that you will find better.

Ian made our wedding come alive. We had a beautiful setting overlooking the sea, great Argentinian food, and great wine, but the soul of the night definitely arrived when Ian started to play. He chose music that both suited our tastes but also more senior guests. He knew when to introduce a sing-along and when to play music to accompany a mood. He cracked jokes. He assisted in the timing of the speeches. He was an MC. He was simply excellent. Many guests have told us the old cliché “this was the best wedding I have ever been to.” In this case, thanks to Ian, I think it might be true.

Choosing Ian as our entertainment was the best decision we ever made. Our guests were up dancing after the main course, or during it for some. I heard from a few afterwards that it was the best wedding they were ever at, and that was definitely down to Ian. Thank you so much.

Ian is amazing at what he does, such a nice and polite person, absolutely brilliant, very entertaining. All of our guests loved him including the children. They all talked about how brilliant he was. I would 100% most definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I found the entertainment to be amazing. He really worked for all ages at the wedding. The kids had a ball as well as the adults. Would highly recommend him for any wedding or special event.

Ian really did play such a special part on our big day — from communication and support beforehand, through to his calm nature and professionalism on arrival, and he even offered to perform the ceremony after the vicar was 45 minutes late after breaking down. Now, if that is not support and kindness, I don’t know what is. From start to finish Ian was fantastic and I would highly recommend him to any bride and groom out there.

Booked Ian to perform live at my birthday party and he was brilliant. Our group had an amazing time — great energy, fantastic voice, and a song selection that kept everyone engaged all night.
He's warm, professional, and clearly knows how to work a crowd. Live music made such a difference to the evening and Ian absolutely nailed it. Would book him again without hesitation

We are from Ireland and got Married in Mas Cufi in Girona Northern Spain September 2024.

We heard great things about Ian from a bit of reserach from his media amd some wedding shows In Ireland who worked with him in spain. Also some people in Ireland who Ian came across to be part of.

So after a quick chat we liked his attitude and straight forward approach. Keeping things simple for us as we all know weddings can be a nightmare with details and red tape.
So after a chat with Ian we worked out a packet to suit all.

We had no experience with outdoor weddings so we were afraid about the flow of the day and keeping the atmosphere going in a large area. But we were assured after seeing some of his performances.

All he wanted from us was our must playing songs for cermondy etc and a small list of songs to play later, Ian worked with our guests and judged there preferences and played all requested to keep all happy.

We were worried about being a to full on party but Ian knows when to chill things out and crank things up.
Guests loved Ians approach and manner had everyone in great mode and even dancing at meal time.
A guest even said to me first time they seeing their father dancing so that says it's all.

Ian done Mc for cermondy and meal also DJ for the night he had a long day. 12hrs shift but left us with memories for life and a day to rember

Myself and my husband booked Ian for our wedding in Marbella in 2015. I found him myself through wedding forums however as soon as I mentioned his name to my wedding planner she was excited as she was going to suggest him too. Ian provided entertainment from cocktail hour right until the early hours of the morning. He is exceptional, he is incredibly talented, so much so that all our guests took to the dance floor in the middle of the starter. It was amazing. I believe there's a video here of the impromptu dance session . He is a gentleman, he tailored the whole day to suit the crowd and us of course. I would recommend him in a heart beat and not just for a few hours but for the whole days entertainment. He is a showman and a top class one at that. I have known and worked with Ian for over 15 years. He is a dedicated, very professional guy who knows his craft inside out. He knows how to keep and get the wedding parties started. I highly recommend Ian if you want a perfect combination of MC, DJ and singer entertainer at your special event.

The dance floor at our wedding was full all night long and people really didn’t want Ian to stop. His own singing is also a real crowd pleaser and he is a very capable MC. What can I say about Ian? He was fabulous from start to finish at my daughters wedding on 21st june in nerja! My granddaughter sang the first dance for her mum and he made her feel at ease which helped as she was nervous. Where do I even start..... myself and my husband choose Ian as the entertainer for our wedding on 11th May this year. He absolutely made the day/night. Ian was fantastic from start to finish. I've seen him in action at local venues previously and knew he would be the perfect choice for my wedding. From the minute I booked him he was a massive help, including managing to find us a Saxophonist with only a couple of weeks notice.
On the day of the wedding we had him right from the start of ceremony and he made sure to take the pressure off and deal with any issues we had including sorting out the moving of lighting etc when I decided it needed to change location halfway through the night.
My guests loved him and he had them up dancing before the main courses had even been served. The music he played was perfect and he even included some wedding guests in the entertainment by providing instruments for them to play (well fake play thank god). Ian made sure to include the music I had requested previously and we had a great time doing some entertaining group dances. Thanks to Ian I have some amazing photos of everyone up dancing, laughing and enjoying themselves.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone and we will be wanting him to play at future family events for us.

Our wedding day was a huge success due to the suppliers we chosen and thankfully Ian was among that list! A absolute legend who works the whole crowd, our guests were not expecting the party to kick off during the meal and this was a huge hit, and throughout the next few hours Ian did not disappoint, he had the crowd in the palm of his hands. My husband and I chose Ian Preston to entertain us and our wedding guests, for our wedding in August 2017. It was a small wedding of 20 people, and 8 of our guests were our own young children and our nieces and nephews, aged between 2 and 13.
We were worried about finding someone who would be able to keep the atmosphere and entertainment going for such a small group with such varied ages... but we needn't have worried! Ian was the perfect host, welcoming to everybody, getting everyone involved but in a nice and natural way, not too pushy or like a stereotype DJ, dare I say!
Ian was well prepared, with music he'd asked us to suggest well in advance of the wedding, but he was also open to requests on the night and 'went with it'.
Ian helped create moments we wouldn't have gotten otherwise- creating a band with my dad and my in laws will be a moment I'll remember forever and my dad, father in law and brother in law starting out with the full monty?! ...well I might chose to forget that one 😂
Ian was also great with the details, organising music on a whim for 'our entrance' and getting the party atmosphere started whilst we were at the table.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ian, we had a blast - thank you!!

Ian was the DJ/Entertainer for our wedding in Nerja last week. To say he was fantastic is an understatement, he entertained all age groups from kids to their grandparents and got everyone on the dance floor at some stage. The crowd absolutely loved him . He does a set piece (I won't give it away) but for anyone that has booked Ian they will know that this is absolutely brilliant !! It involves the guests and gets the whole crowd going !! He involved the whole crowd throughout the night .
Ian was great at responding to any queries we had . He's a fantastic singer and all round fab entertainer . He was born to do this job!!

Both with his singing, entertainment & Master of ceremonies we literally couldn't have asked for better. We got married in June 2015 Ian was great. We hadn't a clue what music we wanted played, only made a suggestion list to give him an idea. During the meal he worked the floor. We changed our entrance song literally at the last minute with no bother to him. Ian dressed like a guest and made everyone very comfortable. There were a few pleasant surprises during the night, that kept everyone very involved anf the floor full. Two years on and all our guests still comment on how great the entertainment was. We had Ian for our wedding in Nerja and he was exceptional had everyone up and dancing all night. From start to finish nobody left the dance floor played all types of music to suit the crowd. Would definitely recommend him to anyone had an amazing time thank you Ian.

Wow, What an amazing entertainer/Dj. Absolutely brilliant from beginning until end. People were dancing before dinner even ended! Ian your really incredible at what you do, everyone is still talking about it. The atmosphere that was created during dinner had people up dancing for the rest of the night.

Absolutely Fantastic. Ian had our guests up on their feet and out of their chairs before the starters were served. Everybody loved Ian and we are so glad we choose Ian to perform at our wedding.

Ian recently DJ'd at our wedding in Mijas Pueblo, Spain. From the get go Ian was professional and reliable. He took on board our wishes in relation to our musical tastes, he created a great atmosphere throughout which began as soon as the speeches finished - even before dinner people were dancing and having a great time thanks to Ian's choice of music and interaction with our guests. We both felt relaxed and confident as Ian created the party that we wanted to celebrate our wedding. Me and my wife would without hesitation recommend Ian for a wedding or any other event where you want to have a good night! Our guests kept saying to us 'your music guy is great / amazing etc' as the night went on - a point that speaks for itself. 10/10.

We are from Ireland and got Married in Mas Cufi in Girona Northern Spain September 2024.

We heard great things about Ian from a bit of reserach from his media amd some wedding shows In Ireland who worked with him in spain. Also some people in Ireland who Ian came across to be part of.

So after a quick chat we liked his attitude and straight forward approach. Keeping things simple for us as we all know weddings can be a nightmare with details and red tape.
So after a chat with Ian we worked out a packet to suit all.

We had no experience with outdoor weddings so we were afraid about the flow of the day and keeping the atmosphere going in a large area. But we were assured after seeing some of his performances.

All he wanted from us was our must playing songs for cermondy etc and a small list of songs to play later, Ian worked with our guests and judged there preferences and played all requested to keep all happy.

We were worried about being a to full on party but Ian knows when to chill things out and crank things up.
Guests loved Ians approach and manner had everyone in great mode and even dancing at meal time.
A guest even said to me first time they seeing their father dancing so that says it's all.

Ian done Mc for cermondy and meal also DJ for the night he had a long day. 12hrs shift but left us with memories for life and a day to rember

They are very friendly keep things easy for planning and 100% fun and professional. 70 guest at wedding and first time for most of them experiencing an outdoor wedding abroad so all left happy amd sore feet 😊
