Booking & Availability All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing (via Gig Heaven messaging). A 50% deposit may be required to secure the date for performances or vocal coaching sessions. Gig Heaven Fee A 10% service fee is charged by Gig Heaven on all confirmed bookings. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellations made by either party. Cancellations & Refunds Performance bookings: Cancellations made by the client less than 10 days before the event are non-refundable. Vocal lessons: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed lessons without prior notice will be charged in full. In the rare case that I must cancel, any deposit paid will be refunded or rescheduled as per client preference (excluding the non-refundable Gig Heaven fee). Performance Requirements For live performances, clear technical requirements (Itinerary, guest list, setlist, soundcheck time, PA system, monitors, etc.) must be discussed and agreed in advance. Travel and accommodation costs(when applicable), should be covered by the client unless otherwise negotiated. Payment Terms Payment must be made in full until the trip day starts, or on the day of the event/service, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure platforms. Conduct & Professionalism I maintain a professional attitude at all times and expect the same from clients and collaborators. Any form of disrespect, harassment, or unsafe working conditions will result in immediate termination of the agreement without refund. Rights & Promotion Unless requested otherwise, I reserve the right to use images, video, or audio from the performance or lessons for promotional purposes.
