Jammaroots was born in Athens-Greece. She is a musician (drummer but multi-instrumentalist), singer & songwriter. Raised in a family of musicians, music has always been embedded in her genes. In the course of her career and through diverse collaborations, she was influenced by various music genres, finally dedicating herself mostly to reggae.
She performs with her band named “Jammaroots (full band)” or as a reggae/dub selector with live vox.
Jammaroots mixes her musical influences creating a peculiar musical blend, based on reggae with a scent of soul, dub and lots of improvisation.
She sings her own released songs & collaborations songs, mashup songs & reggae/soul covers.
Jammaroots has many studio & live collaborations & she has performed in various live stages, clubs and festivals.
