Standing 4’6” tall, balancing on unsteady legs, and holding a microphone with a hook attached to his myo-electric prosthetic arm, Jeff captures the stage with humor, music, and an unforgettable message: “You’re A Masterpiece In Progress!”

An Inspirational Artist With a One-of-a-Kind Story

Born without arms and with severely deformed legs, Jeff spent his early years in hospitals and Shriners’ Hospital for Crippled Children before moving to the Good Shepherd Home in Allentown, PA. Despite overwhelming odds, he discovered a life-changing truth that shaped his future:
“I am made to be awesome and wonderful!”

Jeff’s shows blend heartfelt storytelling, comedy, vocals, and real-life inspiration. He reminds audiences everywhere that a true handicap is “anything that keeps me from being or becoming all that I was created to be.” His message is uplifting, energizing, and delivered with authenticity and humor.

Jeff has spent more than five decades performing on television, in concert halls, at corporate events, and on stages across the U.S., Canada, and internationally. His credits include:

• TV variety shows and national telethons (including Variety Club Telethon with Monty Hall)

• Co-Host of the TV Special “The Best You Can Be... The Handicapped Hall of Fame”

• Presenter for The President’s Council on Hiring Persons with Disabilities

• Appearances with Barbara Mandrell, Zig Ziglar, Rocky Bleier, John Goodman, Jim Nabors, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and more

• A memorable onstage appearance with Mother Teresa of Calcutta during her 1989 U.S. visit

Jeff has also inspired students at major universities (including Notre Dame) and encouraged U.S. military troops in Europe. When requested, he consults on disability and accessibility issues—because, as he puts it, “It’s not enough to just know the rules!”
