We provide our own equipment, including tables and chairs, but we will use your setup if you would like us to follow a specific theme.

For outdoor evening events, we require a well-lit area. If adequate lighting is not available, please notify us at least one week in advance.

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is usually required to secure your date on the calendar, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the event.

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are generally non-refundable, they can often be transferred to a future date depending on our availability.

We normally arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled start time to finalize our setup location and familiarize ourselves with any client updates. The physical setup takes only 2–5 minutes, allowing our artists to start promptly, as we work on an hourly basis.

We are more than happy to perform both indoors and outdoors but we ask for shade, a flat level surface.
