We like to know the venue well before the day: where the bar will stand, the timeline of the day, the number of guests, the access route for unloading and any rules set by the venue. When possible we visit the venue in advance, and for couples who live abroad we work from photos, videos and floor plans shared by you or your wedding planner.

Just a power point and access to water near the bar, plus space to unload our equipment close to the bar area. We bring everything else ourselves: bar counters, glassware, professional equipment, ice, produce and staff, so we can work independently at any venue.

About two hours to set up, so the bar is fully ready before guests arrive, and about one hour to pack down at the end of the evening. We plan both around the venue's schedule so we never get in the way of your guests.

Yes. We hold public liability insurance for our events, and our bartenders are HACCP certified for food and drink safety. Documents are available on request for venues and planners.

One of our favourites is a wedding at the Certosa di Pontignano, a former monastery in the hills just outside Siena. Serving cocktails in its cloisters and gardens at sunset, with the Sienese countryside all around, is exactly the kind of setting that makes the bar part of the memory of the day.

Weddings in the Tuscan countryside, especially in villas and farmhouses, where the bar becomes the meeting point of the evening: from the aperitivo in the garden after the ceremony to the last cocktail on the dance floor. We also love the whole wedding weekend, with welcome dinners and pool parties.

Our founders, Federico and Samuele, have worked in the events industry for 20 years. Just Drink Bar Catering grew out of that experience with one idea: the bar at a wedding should be planned as carefully as the menu or the flowers. Today we serve weddings, private parties and corporate events across Tuscany, for Italian and international couples.

We plan the bar, not just the drinks. Before the event we work out the bar position, guest flow and staffing for the peak moments, so nobody queues and nothing is improvised. Our handcrafted wooden bars can carry your monogram, our signature cocktails are created around your story, and guests who don't drink get real alcohol-free cocktails, not just soft drinks.

Yes, every proposal is built around the event. We adapt the duration (aperitivo only, after-dinner open bar, or both), the number of bartenders and bars to the guest count, the drink list to your tastes, and the look of the bar to the venue and your style. Signature cocktails, alcohol-free options and experiences such as a Gin & Tonic bar can be added.

Our open bar includes the bar counter and setup, glassware, professional equipment, ice, selected spirits and produce, professional bartenders, a drink list designed for your event and unlimited cocktails for the agreed time. The aperitivo usually lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and the after-dinner open bar 2.5 to 3 hours, and extra hours can be added.

For weddings in spring and summer, as early as possible: many couples book us a year or more ahead, as soon as the date and venue are confirmed. For private parties and corporate events a few weeks can be enough, depending on availability.
