Katja Agena brings the era and classic songs by Liza Minelli, Barbra Streisand, Edith Piaf, and also Peggy Lee or even Evelyn Künnecke to live. She combines the different genres to create her own versatile, and very personal performance
Her Passion for Music and each genre is contagious and her stage presence catching. She takes the audience on a journey through time and space and her life. She is quick-witted and a born entertainer.
Influenced by Frank Sinatra & Ella Fitzgerald since an early age, she has developed a passion for Jazz & Swing and Showmusic.
She grows up in the lower Rhine area in Germany, studies languages in London, Paris and Malaga, finds a home in London for eight years and spends six months in Accra, Ghana before settling down on the small island of Langeoog in the north of Germany. She can sing and speak in 4 languages.
