One of my favourite gigs was a rooftop party at Virgin Hotels in London, where I performed a live DJ percussion set alongside the DJ and saxophone. The combination of live percussion, DJ music and a great crowd created exactly the kind of atmosphere I love performing in.

I've also performed at corporate events at The Walbrook Building, LED percussion events at Revolution Brighton, weddings at Rutland Hall Hotel and marathon events with RunThrough.

I've been lucky enough to perform in many different environments. Still, my favourite venues are the ones where I can interact with the crowd and become part of the event's energy, rather than simply playing in the background.

I perform as a percussionist for DJs, using bongos, LED drums, djembe, rototoms and other percussion to add a live, visual and rhythmic element to the music.

I love events where music, people and energy come together. My favourite bookings are weddings, corporate events, and private parties, especially evening events where I can perform alongside a DJ and build energy with the crowd.

As a percussionist for DJs, I add live rhythm to the music, from subtle grooves early in an event to high-energy LED drums and percussion when the dance floor really gets going.

I also enjoy weddings where I can perform during drinks receptions or evening parties, as well as corporate events and private celebrations.

My background across drum kit, congas and bongos, djembe, cajon and handpan also allows me to adapt my style to different settings. I can perform as a solo percussionist, work with DJs and musicians, or contribute to acoustic duos, ensembles and world music acts.

I particularly enjoy live looping, audience interaction and creating a performance that feels unique to the event.

I've been performing professionally for over 10 years, building experience across live events, weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and recording projects.

I started with percussion and gradually became a multi-percussionist, playing djembe, congas, bongos, cajon, and drum kit before adding handpan and live looping to my musical toolkit. Over the years, I've learned how to adapt to different musicians, DJs, audiences and environments.

Today, I focus on DJ percussion, combining live drums and percussion with recorded music to create a more interactive experience. I also perform with LED drums and LED percussion for high-energy evening events.

I've worked at venues, festivals, corporate events, weddings and private parties across London and beyond, and I also take on session and recording projects.

I've been influenced by a wide range of artists and musical styles, from African and Latin percussion to funk, soul, electronic and world music. As a percussionist, I'm particularly drawn to musicians who understand the power of rhythm and know how to make people move.

Some of my biggest influences include Fela Kuti, Manu Dibango, Tito Puente, J Dilla, The Prodigy and Daft Punk. I love how they use rhythm differently, whether it's deep groove, intricate percussion, hypnotic repetition, or pure dance-floor energy.

My favourite artist is probably Fela Kuti. His music has an incredible combination of rhythm, musicianship and energy, and his approach to African funk has influenced generations of musicians.

If I had to choose one greatest song of all time, I'd go for Water No Get Enemy by Fela Kuti. It has everything I love about music: a powerful groove, incredible percussion, layers that reveal themselves over time, and a rhythm that makes you want to move.
