Your love story deserves more than an ordinary ceremony.
Hello, I'm Laura, a professional wedding celebrant and ceremony writer based in Rome, Italy.
I create and officiate personal, meaningful and beautifully written symbolic wedding ceremonies for couples who want their wedding to feel genuinely their own.
I believe a wedding ceremony should be much more than a formal exchange of vows. It should tell your story, reflect your personalities, celebrate your values and create a moment that you and your guests will truly feel part of.
Every couple has a different story. Every ceremony deserves its own voice.
My approach begins with listening. Through conversations and a personal journey together, I discover what makes your relationship special: the moments that brought you together, the experiences that shaped you and the promises you want to make for your future.
From there, I carefully write and create your ceremony, bringing together storytelling, meaningful readings, personal vows, symbolic rituals and the participation of the people you love.
Whether you imagine something intimate and romantic, elegant and emotional, or warm and light-hearted, we will create a ceremony that feels natural, authentic and unmistakably yours.
Italian, English and bilingual wedding ceremonies
I work with Italian and international couples, including those bringing together different cultures, traditions and backgrounds.
I offer ceremonies in Italian, English or a combination of both, ensuring that everyone feels included in the celebration.
Based in Rome, I primarily work throughout Rome, the Castelli Romani and the surrounding area, and I am available for weddings in other Italian destinations upon request.
More than a ceremony. A moment that tells your story.
If you're dreaming of a wedding ceremony that is personal, thoughtful and truly meaningful, I would love to hear your story.

Of course. Your ceremony is created in collaboration with you. You will have the opportunity to review the script, share your thoughts and request changes before the wedding day.
Yes! We can incorporate meaningful symbolic rituals, personal readings or special moments involving your loved ones. Every element will be chosen to reflect your story rather than simply follow a tradition.
It's difficult to choose just one! Every wedding has its own story, and some of the most memorable ceremonies I've officiated have been those bringing together different cultures, languages and traditions.
My favourite venues are definitely those in the Castelli Romani, the beautiful countryside and historic towns just outside Rome, where I'm lucky enough to live and work. With their charming villas, historic estates, breathtaking views and romantic gardens, they offer extraordinary settings for truly meaningful celebrations.
But what makes a wedding unforgettable isn't just the location. It's the emotions, the personal stories and those little unexpected moments that make every ceremony unique.
Weddings are definitely my favourite! I especially love symbolic ceremonies because they offer couples the freedom to celebrate their love in a way that truly reflects who they are.
I particularly enjoy intimate weddings, multicultural celebrations and bilingual ceremonies, where different stories, backgrounds and traditions come together.
For me, the most beautiful ceremonies are those where everyone feels connected, involved and genuinely moved by the couple's story.
My journey as a wedding celebrant began with a passion for storytelling, meaningful connections and the power of words to express emotions.
Over the years, I've had the pleasure of creating and officiating personalised wedding ceremonies for Italian and international couples in Rome and the beautiful Castelli Romani area.
My experience includes symbolic weddings, bilingual ceremonies, multicultural celebrations and vow renewals.
Each ceremony has strengthened my belief that being a celebrant is not simply about speaking in front of an audience. It's about listening, understanding people's stories and transforming them into moments that will be remembered for years to come.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all ceremonies. Every couple deserves something that feels genuinely theirs.
What makes my approach different is the attention I dedicate to the entire creative process, not just the wedding day itself.
I personally get to know each couple, listen to their story and write every ceremony from scratch, carefully considering its words, emotions, rhythm and meaningful moments.
I also work closely with couples to help them choose readings, write personal vows, include loved ones and create a natural, engaging experience for everyone present.
I accept only one wedding per day, so every couple receives my full attention and dedication.
My goal is simple: to create a ceremony that doesn't just sound beautiful, but truly feels like you.
Yes. I am based in the Castelli Romani and primarily work throughout Rome, the Castelli Romani and Lazio. Ceremonies in other Italian destinations can be arranged upon request.
I normally arrive approximately one hour before the ceremony to coordinate the final details and make sure everything is ready.
Yes, absolutely! I offer ceremony rehearsals to help couples feel relaxed, confident and fully prepared for their special day.
During the rehearsal, we go through the key moments of the ceremony, including the processional, positioning, readings, symbolic rituals and any special involvement of family members or friends.
Whenever possible, rehearsals can take place at the wedding venue, but alternative arrangements can also be made.
My goal is to make sure everyone knows what to expect, so that on your wedding day you can simply relax, enjoy the moment and focus on each other.
Absolutely! Every ceremony I create is completely tailored to the couple, their story, personalities, values and vision for their special day.
From the tone and structure of the ceremony to the readings, personal vows, symbolic rituals and involvement of family and friends, every element is thoughtfully chosen to reflect who they are.
I also adapt ceremonies to the audience, especially for international and multicultural weddings. Whether in Italian, English or both languages, my goal is to make every guest feel welcomed, included and emotionally connected to the celebration.
Whether you envision an intimate, romantic ceremony or something more relaxed, joyful and full of laughter, I'll make sure it feels authentic, meaningful and unmistakably yours.
My complete wedding celebrant service includes everything needed to create a truly personal and meaningful symbolic ceremony.
We begin with a complimentary introductory call, followed by dedicated conversations and questionnaires to discover your love story, personalities and wishes.
I personally write your ceremony from scratch, including your love story, and guide you through the choice of readings, symbolic rituals, music and personal vows. You'll have the opportunity to review the ceremony script and suggest any changes.
I also coordinate with your wedding planner or venue to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
And of course, I'll be there to personally officiate your ceremony, in Italian, English or both, with warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to every detail.
I recommend getting in touch 9–12 months in advance, especially for weddings between May and September, when dates tend to fill up quickly.
I accept only one wedding per day, so I can dedicate my full attention to each couple.
However, shorter-notice bookings may also be possible depending on availability, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
Couples often describe me as warm, professional, attentive and reassuring.
They particularly appreciate how carefully I listen to their stories, how comfortable I make them feel throughout the process and how naturally I translate their personalities and emotions into words.
One of the most meaningful compliments I can receive is when a couple tells me, "It felt exactly like us."
That's always my goal: to make couples feel understood, supported and completely at ease, from our very first conversation to the moment they say "I do."
Most of my personalised wedding ceremonies last approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on the readings, personal vows, symbolic rituals and other elements you choose to include.
Absolutely! I offer wedding ceremonies in Italian, English or both languages. Bilingual ceremonies are thoughtfully structured to create a natural flow and an inclusive experience for all your guests.
