Show w/ FIRE | Clearance in the area needs to be approximately 10ft HIGH and 10ft IN FRONT & AROUND the dancer. No power lines or decorations hanging above the fire dancers as fire poi ball dancers will spin the implements above their head & fire knife dancers will throw the knife up in the air. NO astroturf. Ensure that you have spoken to your venue & have had fire approved if a school, hotel, or public space.

STAGING | Our team members will perform barefoot. The performance area should be dry, clean, free of debris, & if in direct sunlight, not too hot. In case of wet weather, our team will need to move their show inside if space allows. Our entertainment program is not wet weather friendly

Free PARKING in a safe area close to the event or in the venue parking lot must be made available for as many cars as there are requested performers. Our team carries heavy equipment that must quickly be unloaded/loaded. If parking requires a fee, this can be added to your invoice or please make arrangements with your venue for our team to enter the lot/park on the street free of charge. For venues such as a hotel, or facility that has valet parking, we ask that our team members be provided this service free of charge or we are made aware of the cost ahead of time so this can be added to your invoice.

GREEN ROOM | Must provide a dressing area away from event guests (i.e: covered canopy, private office, locker room, blocked off hallway, storage area, guestroom). This cannot be a public restroom for hygiene purposes and they will need to take over the private space for multiple changes.

We do not provide lighting.

For small events (indoor, or backyard, gymnasium etc) that are including a SHOW HOST, we can provide our own sound system.

For larger events, we require the client to provide a sound system + mic.
