For MC, speaking, and hosting engagements, I require a working sound system with a handheld or lapel microphone, a designated speaking area or stage, and access to event programmes or schedules in advance. For larger events, a stage monitor and audio technician are recommended to ensure smooth delivery.
For media coverage and interviews, I require access to the event venue, a quiet space for interviews where possible, and coordination with the event organizer regarding schedules and key participants.
Organizers should provide safe parking where available and access to electricity for media equipment if required. For out-of-town events, travel and accommodation arrangements may be required depending on the distance and duration of the engagement.
Requirements can be discussed and adjusted based on the specific needs of each event.
To ensure smooth delivery of MC, speaking, and media services, I require clear and detailed information about the venue before the event.
This includes accurate directions to the venue, including any special instructions for access, parking, or loading areas. It is important to know where performers, speakers, or media personnel should enter and set up on arrival.
I also need information about the stage or designated speaking area, including size, layout, and accessibility. If there are any sound restrictions, such as a sound limiter or volume control policies, these should be communicated in advance to allow proper planning.
Details about available equipment are also helpful, including whether microphones, speakers, projectors, or screens will be provided, or if I need to bring my own supporting equipment.
Lastly, I require contact details of a venue representative or technical manager who will be available on the day of the event to assist with coordination if needed.
Sound and Lighting Equipment
I can work in collaboration with your existing sound and lighting team, or in setups where full production is already provided by the venue or event organizers.
For smaller or more flexible events, I can also coordinate with trusted technical partners to ensure that basic sound support (microphone, speakers, and audio setup) is available where needed.
However, I am not a full production company and do not operate as a fully self-contained sound and lighting provider. My focus is on MC, public speaking, radio presenting, and media services, while ensuring seamless coordination with your technical team for a smooth event experience.

Yes, I can assist with basic music support using curated playlists (e.g. Spotify) before the event starts, during background moments, and between programme segments where appropriate.
Music selection can either be guided by the client to match the theme and tone of the event, or I can provide suitable, clean, and professional background playlists that align with the atmosphere of gospel, corporate, or community events.
However, I do not offer a full DJ service or live DJ mixing. My focus remains on MC, speaking, hosting, and media presentation, with light music coordination support where needed to help maintain flow and atmosphere throughout the event.
