Hi I’m Mark Honeyman, an Irish guitarist living and working on the Costa del Sol, Malaga, Spain.
I provide beautiful, nylon string guitar music, gently amplified to complement your location and occasion. I play romantic, multi genre music for Wedding ceremonies , drinks receptions, dinners and special events. Traveling anywhere on the Costa del Sol, Spain.
My PA systems cover every type of location and any group size, even completely battery powered units for remote venues. I can also provide wireless and wired mics for speeches and wedding Dinner Spotify playlists played through my system. I can cover all of your music and Microphone needs from welcome drinks until the end of dinner.

For outdoor weddings I require a shaded location for the duration of the event.
I also require a chair without arms.

I provide my own PA systems, and wireless microphones if needed. I have 4 systems, all of them are fully battery operated. I can cater for any size event and any location.
I can provide my personally collated Spotify playlists for dinner, and provide wireless microphones for speeches.
One of the reasons so many people choose me to play for their event is the fact that I play such a wide range of genres. I'm happy playing Spanish/Latin sets for 45 mins then switching to classical/ jazz standards or pop/blues. I just love creating an atmosphere that complements the type of event or each specific part of the event
I've provided the soundtrack for the most emotional parts of over 500 destination weddings.

I arrive 1 to 2 hours before my first set. (Depending on how many set-ups are needed) My systems are all battery powered and my microphones are wireless, so I can set up in any location.
For weddings, I can play a welcome drinks set of 30/40 minutes, the seating and ceremony, a Cocktail reception of up to 1 and a half hours, and provide a Spotify playlist for the duration of dinner.
For other types of events I can play for up to 3 hours with one or more breaks depending on the clients needs.
Most of my weddings are outside and as long as I have shade I am happy to perform.
I have an extensive song list but am happy to learn a special song if given enough notice .
Clients can specify specific songs to play or choose genres.
