Matthew Zelenin Music provides live piano and jazz performances for weddings, corporate events, cocktail hours, restaurants, and private parties. Led by pianist and vocalist Matthew Zelenin, performances range from elegant solo piano to piano-and-vocal sets, jazz trios, and small ensembles depending on the needs of the event.
Matthew has over 20 years of experience performing and studying music. Based in Austin, Texas, he performs regularly at venues, private events, weddings, and corporate functions throughout Central Texas.
Repertoire includes jazz standards, cocktail piano, and tasteful pop and soul selections, creating a sophisticated atmosphere while remaining approachable and engaging for audiences. Music can be tailored for ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinner sets, receptions, and other special events.
Performances are flexible in size and style, from intimate background piano to lively jazz trio sets that bring energy to an event while maintaining a polished, professional sound.

Access to a power outlet and a small performance area (approximately 6–8 feet). I typically provide my own keyboard and sound system when needed. For larger ensembles, additional space and power outlets may be required.
Performance location (indoor or outdoor), available space for the musicians, access to power outlets, load-in access and parking, expected start and end times, and whether a piano or sound system is available at the venue. For outdoor events, weather protection is required.
Yes. I can provide a professional sound system suitable for small to medium-sized events when needed. Basic lighting can be accommodated depending on the event setup.
