I often really enjoy playing Bar/Pub gigs, although I am happy to play at all different kinds of events. I play a mixture of originals and cover songs but mostly upbeat, energetic music.
I originally started with some open mic nights around Melbourne and then started playing at bar/pub gigs and function events as I got more comfortable performing.
I love 90s bands like oasis, red hot chili peppers, and nirvana. I also enjoy listening to and playing songs by acoustic artists such as Ed Sheeran, Vance joy, and Elliott smith.
I normally arrive 30 mins beforehand to setup. Most often I play for 2-3 hours depending on what is requested of me, taking 2 - 15 minute breaks.

I always am happy to take requests but for most songs I have practiced them beforehand many times so I tend to stick to them.
Previous clients describe me as being very crowd friendly, taking on requests where I can, and going with the flow of the event, playing either high energy music or more low-key music depending on what is preferred.
