Jazzy pop, standards, swing. Classy & experienced singer available solo with tracks or with various ensembles (piano, bass, drums, guitar/sax). Plays flute & violin.

Classically trained in Huddersfield and a Jazz trained graduate of at Leeds College of Music UK, as a vocalist Penny has supported such illustrious names as John Dankworth and Ronnie Scott. She has performed with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra, Chris Smith’s String of Pearls Big Band the Cliff Longhurst Big Band, and more recently the L’Orchestre Des Carabiniers Du Prince in Monaco at two Royal Gala performances, the Juan Les Pins Jazz Festival and in the Stade Louis II for Pope Léon XIV's visit.

She has won first prize at the International Jazz day solo singers competition in London & performed in a live Jazz FM broadcast in Covent Garden; been a finalist in the County Brides Wedding Awards; won the Music Business Management Award for Best Female Musician / Vocalist. Penny is also a regular performer at the Jazz-Offs at Nice Jazz Festival and other high profile music events on the Cote d’Azur. She is a composer and award-winning songwriter and an accomplished flute and violin player.
