I've had the privilege of performing at numerous outstanding events and concerts, including some truly exhilarating ones like Dubai EXPO 2020, the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, Meydan Racecourse, the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, and many others.
I truly enjoy performing at all kinds of events, but as a solo artist, weddings are my absolute favorite! There's something magical about them. Playing with a jazz band also constantly inspires me—it brings a unique energy and creativity to every performance.
I have about 30 years of experience in both music performance and teaching. My first gig was in 1993, while I was still a student at music college. Since then, I’ve built strong connections within the music community and officially began my music career.
I love music from all around the world, but jazz and funk are definitely my favorites. Some of the artists I admire most are Charlie Parker, John Coltrane, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, and Ella Fitzgerald, among many others.
One of my favorite pieces is Duke Ellington’s “In a Sentimental Mood”, and I also really enjoy “Oleo” by Sonny Rollins.
I’m also a big fan of the Motown sound from the ’60s to the ’90s, as well as funky bands like Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire.
We normally arrive for about 2 hours for the performance to set up. Lenth of performance: 2x45 or other timing if required
