We specialise in serving up Caribbean style cuisine at festivals and events all around the UK

Sample menu

Jerk chicken (boneless) Curry Goat (boneless) Ital vital (chickpea, potatoe, carrots curry). Mushroom mac n cheese. Fried dumplings and plantains. Rice n peas, fresh salads, rainbow Slaw. And lots more

We work from a 3x3m gazebo and use a drum BBQ if permitted
