We require the venue address, event date and times, access and setup information, available space, and access to a standard power supply.

We require approximately 2x2 metres of space, access to a standard power socket, easy access for loading and unloading the equipment, and parking nearby for our team.

We usually require around 60 minutes to set up and approximately 30 minutes to pack down after the event.

we have public liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance covering our services and team.

Our equipment requires access to a standard electrical power socket and a suitable, level space. Depending on the service, we may also require a stable internet connection for certain online sharing features. Our team handles the complete setup, testing and operation of the equipment.

Our standard package includes up to 5 hours of service, unlimited photo prints, a professional attendant, fun props and digital delivery of all photos. Our team takes care of the setup, operation and pack down, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and events during the busy season. However, we are always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever we have availability.
