We are very flexible and can adapt to the needs of each event.

If you are booking the dancers only, we simply require a suitable performance space. A sound system and a small stage/platform are ideal, but we can also provide and manage the necessary sound equipment and staging if required.

We are happy to take care of the technical arrangements and make the process as easy and seamless as possible for you.

We simply need some basic information about the venue and performance area, including access and load-in arrangements, the available performance space and a suitable changing area for the dancers.

Any details regarding stairs, lifts, parking or access restrictions are also helpful so we can plan everything smoothly

Sound and lighting are usually provided by the venue or the event’s technical team.

However, we are happy to help arrange and manage the necessary equipment if required, so there is no need to worry about this when booking us. We can adapt to the setup of each event and coordinate with the technical team to make everything run smoothly

Every event is different, so we tailor the performance and schedule to each occasion.

We usually allow around 30–60 minutes for setup and preparation, depending on the venue and technical requirements. Performance times can be fully adapted to the event, whether it is a short feature performance or several sets throughout the celebration.

We work closely with planners, venues and technical teams to ensure everything is carefully coordinated and runs smoothly, while keeping the experience effortless for our clients.

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.
