Ralph has lived and performed from New York City to San Francisco. Today between travels Ralph calls beautiful San Diego home. His work history has been, predictably, unusual - paramedic, massage therapist and martial arts instructor. Ralph received his degrees in science and Paramedicine from BMCC in NY and SRCC in California. His work as a NYC paramedic and martial arts instructor were fundamental to his future in mentalism. The common thread being his compassion for people and his intuitive nature. A decade ago he took the plunge he’d dreamed of: to follow his passion as a full-time professional mentalist. He hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back.
Ralph believes that mentalism consumes all in its path, at least in his personal experience. What started as a childhood exposure to magic evolved, grew and persisted throughout a lifetime of studying and refining the ways of mind readers of all stripes.
Ralph’s true gift is in taking you away from your expected reality to someplace special, intimate and 100% unique to you. Now modern psychological principles gently blend with older more esoteric approaches. The result is beautiful, fun and stunning. Very minimal, I am self contained. Adequate lighting good enough to see written words and, when necessary, a lavalier or handheld microphone.

A clear area of about 3 metres by 3 metres is ideal, but close-up sets need no dedicated space at all.
One the many that comes to mind was for a psychiatry convention with over 200 attendees. My 2 hour engagement turned into 6... That was one interesting room!
My personal favorites are speakeasy themed events and corporate mix and mingles.
Prior to performing full time, I was a New York City/California EMS Paramedic, and martial arts instructor. My lifelong interest and passion has always been mentalism, magic, and hypnosis. After an exceptionally rough shift one night I knew that I needed a change. The next day I woke up inspired. I decided, then and there, to become a full time mentalist. 20 years later I still consider one of the best decisions of my life.
My goal in performing is to take you away from your expected reality. My approach is conversational, fun, and unique to each guest. I blend mind reading, magic, and hypnosis , into a seamless experience.
I usually arrive 30 minutes prior to my start time. My set up/break down time is minimal (approximately 5 minutes), or non existent, depending on the event.
