Performance Area - A 10 feet x 10 feet space is the ideal minimum space. I can perform indoors or outdoors but actual performance area and floor type has to be disclosed in advance. For performances involving significant movement or props, I will discuss the space requirements with the planner in advance.

Performance Space: The floor type (hardwood, pavement, grass, tile, stage) and approximate dance area dimensions.

Sound & Audio Setup: Whether the venue provides a sound system, PA, or DJ, and what connection type is available (Bluetooth, AUX, or USB).

Dressing Area: A space to change into costumes and prep before showtime. I always arrive performance ready but for sets that have a ensemble change this is a requirement.

Layout & Access: Where the performance space is located relative to the entrance and whether the setup is indoor or outdoor.

If you don't have all these details finalized yet, don't worry! I can easily adapt to almost any venue setup, and we can go over these during our prep call.

Music can be coordinated with the event’s DJ, AV team, or bluetooth speaker. I am happy to provide music in advance for a sound check. If a specific song is being used for a customized performance, I ask that the track be provided at least 3 weeks before the event. If needed, I can travel with a my own speaker - do note, some limitation may apply.

The best gig i've ever did was in 2004 when I danced alongside J.LO at a charity event! This was a defining moment in my dance journey.

I love all events but celebratory events are my favorite!

Raised in a very musical family, I began my dance journey at home. As the youngest child, while my family toured, my grandmother stayed home and passed down her passion for Bollywood dance and the tradition of indian drumming. What began as living room shows quickly grew into formal training and live performances at weddings, corporate events, and cultural festivals.

Over time, I expanded my expertise into Tassa and Chutney—genres with Middle Eastern roots that spread to India and eventually to the West Indies, Fiji, Mauritius, and South Africa. Continuing to evolve as a performer, I also trained in heels and contemporary styles.

My transition into professional gigging happened naturally. After years of collaborating with dance studios as a choreographer, instructor, and dance coach, clients and event planners began hiring me directly for live shows. Today, I specialize in high-energy Bollywood and mesmerizing belly dance performances tailored to make every event unforgettable.

I've been influenced by so many artist across the spectrum! But the famed dancer Helen hold a special place in my heart.

The three most common options are:
15 Minutes: A single, continuous solo performance
20 Minutes: Two 10-minute solos with a wardrobe change in between
30 Minutes: Customized sets spaced out to fit your event's schedule.

Need something different? I also offer shorter sets, ongoing entertainment, and custom performance durations.

Yes! I do request that the floor type be disclosed (e.g. concrete, wooden stage, grass, etc.) in advance to ensure that proper footwear and attire is accounted for. Shade is preferred but not necessary.

Clients can absolutely have a say in what I perform! However, because many clients aren't sure which specific songs to request, I typically curate a setlist based on the event's theme and overall vibe.

As a dancer and musician, I love blending genres without compromising the authenticity of the Bollywood or belly dance performance. Upon request, I can drop subtle "Easter eggs" or mini-remixes into the set—mixing in classic hooks that the crowd immediately recognizes. These fun little snippets are always a massive hit for weddings and parties!

Whether you want full input on the playlist or prefer to leave the music selection to my expertise, I am happy to tailor the performance to your vision.

Mesmerizing, bold, and entertaining

Photo opportunities take place right after the performance ends! Guests love snapping photos with the costume and can even pose with my performance props.
