Roger was brilliant from when I first made contact right through to the day itself. He played beautifully and made such a huge difference to our wedding celebrations. Everyone was blown away by his professionalism, skill, and kindness. A truly outstanding performer, thank you!
Roger was absolutely brilliant! This was a party to celebrate my 70th birthday. We talked a little beforehand about how I would like it to be and Roger got it instantly. He created the perfect ambience for the occasion and my guests were very impressed with his musicianship and his choice of pieces was perfect. He thoroughly deserves the 5 star review. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!

Roger played at our Green Walk Arts & Crafts weekend and created a genuinely lovely atmosphere on the green. His soulful acoustic guitar added so much to the feel of the event — relaxed, welcoming and uplifting. Lots of people went out of their way to comment on how much they enjoyed it, and visitors gathered around just to listen. He was professional, easy to work with and perfectly suited to a community event like ours. We’d absolutely recommend him.
Roger played a selection of classical guitar music during the reception prior to our 60th wedding anniversary lunch. Following discussion, we left the selection to him and all the pieces he choose were most appropriate. Many of our guests commented how much they enjoyed them and what a good idea it was to have classical guitar music. Roger himself was most pleasant, punctual and very easy to deal with in making the arrangements before the event. We would most certainly use him again and would be very pleased to recommend him. Roger absolutely made our Golden Wedding celebration very special. His playing was beautifully managed and not at all intrusive. Everyone commented on how much they had enjoyed it!
We had the pleasure of using Roger for my son's wedding. Roger met with the bride and groom pre wedding to discuss what music they wanted. Not only did he help them choose songs that meant a lot to them he even learnt new songs that were personal to them. He really made the wedding personal and it was so special to have him play the bride down the aisle. I really recommend him if you're looking for a special event as he knows how to make magical music to suit each individual.
Roger was an excellent opening performer for the event. He set the tone for the night, warmed up the crowd and tailored his set to accommodate a very mixed audience.

Roger performed for Irish Community Care for a charity gig in the northern quarter. His guitar was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all , he was also really helpful with the set up and the event in general. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Roger made my birthday very special he played for longer than he was supposed too. He played music for everyone’s choice, even gave microphones to my guests to sing. It was a lovely day. A memory not just for me but all my family and guests will cherish forever. They still talk about it! They say best doo ever and we’re a big family, we’ve had lots of them!

Roger arrived promptly and was very professional. It didn't take him long to set up at all. He played very well and it was perfect for what we required. He played a mixture of genres, something to suit everyone. I would recommend Roger and definitely book him again in the future :)

We booked Roger to play at our wedding ceremony and he was amazing, it really set the tone for the day. During the run up to the wedding Roger responded quickly to any emails and requests and even sent us an audio file of the song we wanted playing. Everybody on the day commented on how beautiful the classical guitar was during the service.

Roger arrived at 3 and didn'tleave till around 6pm and played almost continuously. He played classical, Spanish and more modern pieces, many of which he’d learnt specially for us. The playing was absolutely delightful and fitted in so well with the garden party atmosphere (we were lucky to have glorious weather). People really appreciated his playing and so many people asked me where I had found him. So, thank you very much.

Roger Gamon, played his guitar at the start of my birthday party back in May, beautiful sounds, for two hours. all my guests loved his work. Having Roger playing as people were arriving added a certain "je ne sais quoi" to the event. He is a lovely guy and I recommend him thoroughly.
We can't recommend Roger enough. He recently played at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and it was simply perfect! We had 3 songs in particular that we wanted playing for our ceremony- 'Heartbeats' by José Gonzalez, 'Half the world away' by Oasis and 'Not Nineteen Forever' by The Courteeners. Roger not only learnt these specifically for us but played them with such finesse- so many of our guests commented on his playing afterwards. He also played while we had pictures taken and kept our guests entertained while they had drinks before our wedding meal. This again was very well recieved and provided a relaxing and melodic setting. Thank you Roger for providing part of the soundtrack to our wedding day! Your mixture of modern and classical was perfect for what we wanted and on top of this you were so friendly and helpful prior to the day. We only wish we could do it all again! Mr & Mrs Egan
I found Roger after intense google searching and emailing many many musicians with low response.
Roger replied within a couple hours, was not only available but very accommodating.
After a brief chat, I realised how down to earth he is. My fiancé and I had a song in mind that Roger was unfamiliar with but with a positive attitude - he learned it within a few days.
On the day itself, hearing him play was the most calming feeling and I am very grateful of that. Roger played the song we picked beautifully and continued with many others in his repertoire. Later he even played for my husband and I when we had a moment to ourselves.
It was a beautiful day and would definitely not have been the same without Roger.

Roger is a very accomplished guitarist (and keyboard player). I have worked with him on many musical collaborations (outside of my TV work) over the years and am constantly in awe of his calm manner, creative ambition and professionalism.

Roger's guitar (and keyboard) skills are superb. He achieves wonderful and enchanting results with ease when playing guitar and swaps effortlessly between styles. Talented and a great guy to work with.
A joy to listen to, with a repertoire of songs to suit a mixed audience, we would highly recommend Roger for any kind of event small to large.
