Sabor Flamenco is a professional group of accomplished Flamenco artists with over 20 years experience in entertaining .
We offer beautiful talented dancers and can include live musicians or use recorded music with live percussion and guitar .
Artistic Director Virginia Maria is multilingual, sings and has been dancing Flamenco for 26 years . She has been a featured artist with many other dance companies .
Our aim is to help your event enjoy a lively and engaging show with artists who are passionate about their work !

I have performed at the Wiley theatre years ago for the Grand Opening. As a guest artist I have performed at the Annette Strauss theatre ,Latino Cultural Center , the Kimball Museum and Dallas Museum of Art .
We love to perform at any event that has a responsive audience who enjoy Flamenco music.
I have 26 years dancing with decades of performing experience . I formed this group in 2009 to promote the Flamenco art form in DFW .
My favorite Flamenco dancers are Adella Campallo , la Lupi , and Ballet Nacional de España . I have studied with some amazing teachers and mentors. Currently my favorite singers are Estrella Morente , Maria del Monte , Miguel Poveda and Gipsy Kings !

Typically we do a 60 minute show or more with a brief intermission.
We also do 30 min shows with no break. We arrive an hour before to set up . We are happy to do shorter performances .
Yes we do a lot of outdoor events as long as temperature is not above 80 deg. Prefer a shady spot. Stage should have wood so footwork can be heard . We can bring our stage if no stage is available.
We do accept suggestions in particular songs if we are given ample time in advance to choreograph or learn to sing.
