Santa Dave: The Best Claus Professional Santa with a real beard!

Dave Dave requires reserved parking at the venue. If Santa Dave will be changing at the venue, there must be a private room with a lock or someone to guard the door while Santa is changing. Santa Dave requires a secure place to store personal effects. We need a bench, loveseat or large chair if Santa Dave will be listening to Christmas Wishes. Decorations are the responsibility of the venue.

Ideally, a private entrance so Santa Dave can make a grand entry to the event (unless I will be coming directly from my vehicle into the event while it is in progress. If a PA system is to be used, Prior coordination is required.

I've been at various military social events and Army Garrison Christmas Parties, Serving Country and being the the Christmas Spirit are the best combination. Also love School venues.

Any event with lots of happy Family members make it easy to put everyone into the Christmas Spirit.

Played Santa in the 2nd grade Christmas play and visited Families as the shorted Santa starting in 1967. did this five years until I outgrew the suit. Became a magician as a teen. Joined the Army as a Broadcast Journalist and Public Affairs Specialist while doing side gigs in Magic. Worked as a DJ, TV News journalist, emcee and Multimedia Manager/Event Coordinator for the Army 1991 - 2019. Returned to being a casual Claus focusing on charity in the late 80's through 2024 when I decided to become a full-time natural beard Santa, working as a Mall Santa in 2025 in addition to visiting homes and business.

My first experience meeting Santa (at three and a half) was with someone in a shabby suit, fake beard and smelling of cigarettes and alcohol. He was in a foul mood. I decided to ensure my visits and interaction would provide the "Best Claus" memories of the " ideal Santa" to last a life time.

At a large venue, I would like to arrive 30 minutes prior to event start time to change. Performance time is dependent on whether an enterainment component is involved.

Santa Dave will appear at any venue, ideally, NOT during rain and storms.

Discuss with Santa Dave what you need for your event. Choices include story-telling, reading a classic Christmas book, Balloon twisting, magic, reindeer games and Christmas Carols. Of course, all visits can include talking with Santa and providing Christmas wishes, as well as posing for photos... Kids, Family and pets are all welcome.

Santa with a heart... Large events are all about Christmas Spirit and energy. One-on one, I tailor interactions based on the person I'm with, providing special interaction for individuals with physical, emotional or cognitive differences.
