Shooter 5-piece country western band

Known as Durham's premier country western band, Shooter plays both kinds of music, Country & Western!

Each member of Shooter has been performing in the industry for over a decade and as individuals have toured with JP Cormier, opened for notable artists such as Platinum Blonde, Carl Dixon (Coney Hatch, The Guess Who), Ritchie Kotzen (April Wine, Poison), Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent), Ashley MacIsaac, as well as performed at notable events such as Toronto's CNE, Ottawa National Jazz Festival, Georgina Countryfest, Percussive Arts Society and more.

The band has performed at many venues/events including Toronto CNE 2024, Orono Fair 2023/2024, Newcastle 100th Community Hall Anniversary 2023, Lindsay's International Plowing Match & Rural Expo 2024, Bowmanville and Whitby Ribfests (several years), Beeton Fall Fair 2024, Bond St. Event Centre (222 Stage), Headliner for Newcastle Town Hall "Hometown Hoedown w/ The Dirt Squirrels, Orono Town Hall Fundraiser, Newcastle Music in the Park, Bollock's Oshawa, Old Flame Brewery (Port Perry), Muddy Water Hotel, Lucky's Bunker (Bowmanville), private parties, weddings, fundraisers and more.
